Terms and Conditions - Serenity Moon Soul and Stars
Serenity Soul Star Space is a paid membership. It is charged either by annual, half yearly or on rolling monthly subscription. Annual and 6 monthly memberships last their term and then if you wish to continue you must reapply, you will be offered the same terms. If you choose the rolling monthly basis it starts from the date you sign up. There is a 3 month minimum term. The payments will continue to go out on the date you signed up to monthly and at the price that you signed up at, until you terminate that subscription after the 3 months. If you choose to terminate that subscription your access to the content will last for the period in which you have paid. Should you wish to re-join the membership at a later date, the same terms apply, however it will be at the new price for that intake period. Any previous lower membership fee will not be held or honoured. By agreeing to these terms you commit to the 3 month minimum term. Should you terminate your subscription before the committed and agreed 3 month minimum term, you will still be liable to pay the remaining payments. Any members information will be held in compliance with the current GDPR laws and no information will be shared with any third parties or used for any other reason other than to contact you regarding your services with Soul Serenity. Any payment information will not be seen by Soul Serenity and will be processed via Paypal's or Stripe's own systems.
All content in the membership is owned by Soul Serenity and may not be shared publicly or used for your own business materials. The tools and content are there for your personal use and development. Anyone found in breach of this will be pursued legally in breach of copyrite.
This is a sacred space built on trust. No member is to discuss other members personal situations outside of the circle or market themselves or their service to other members outside of the circle. Respectful behaviour is expected and any breach of this will result in removal from the space and be banned from access to all Soul Serenity services.
