Terms and Conditions- Courses

Soul Serenity Healing and Guidance courses are offered at a set fee. Discounts may be applied using the relevant code for Soul Star Members only. If the product has the available option of spreading payments over a timed period and you have opted to do this, you are committing to adhere to that payment schedule. Should you terminate or not complete your payment plan before the committed and agreed term, you will be liable to pay the remaining payments. Any personal information will be held in compliance with the current GDPR laws and no information will be shared with any third parties or used for any other reason other than to contact you regarding your services with Soul Serenity. Any payment information will not be seen by Soul Serenity and will be processed via Paypal's or Stripe's own systems.

All content in the courses are owned by Soul Serenity and may not be shared publicly or used for your own business. The tools and content are there for your personal use and development. Anyone found in breach of this will have legal action taken against them. 

Whether online or in person, course spaces are built on trust. No member is to discuss other members personal situations outside of the course. Respectful behaviour is expected and any breach of this will result in removal from the student space. 

For Reiki/Healing courses you may be required to have a pre attunement healing depending on your experience. If you have studied elsewhere for previous Reiki levels, but now wish to continue your journey with Soul Serenity you will be required to provide your previous certificates and a copy of your manual to ensure that you have been trained to the standard required.
